4. Lessons and Scheduling

Lesson availability, durations, and locations are displayed in the catalog. We may reschedule due to instructor availability, vehicle maintenance, or unsafe conditions such as severe weather.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in the catalog and may change. Unless otherwise stated, sessions are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Certain promotions may be subject to additional terms.

6. Safety and Conduct

You agree to follow all instructor directions during sessions. We reserve the right to pause or terminate a lesson if unsafe behavior is observed.

We emphasize calm, respectful communication in all interactions — online and on the road.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, curricula, and materials are owned by Crystalix Drive Collective and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

8. Disclaimers

We provide training and guidance, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any road test or licensing process. Driving involves inherent risks; always exercise caution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant course.
